Harlem Library

9 West 124th Street New York, NY 10027

We welcome all young people and their caregivers to join us at Harlem Library for a drop-in art-making activity!

We will learn about the artist John Ahearn and how he made plaster casts of his neighbors and friends. Then, we will make art using molds and colorful clay! Come anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and have fun as we make art together!

The Studio Museum in Harlem’s Learning and Engagement programs are supported by the Thompson Foundation Education Fund; Cornelia T. Bailey Foundation; May and Samuel Rudin Family Foundation. Additional support provided by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and New York State Council on the Arts.
